    James had to work a bit extra because of the unique characteristics associated with the 8.17 acre parcel the house sits on. And he communicated with me very clearly and knowledgeably through he whole process.

    During the process more communication by phone on unique issues that arose with my loan application could have made the process better. I don't think its a good idea to early on say your loan is approved, then keep asking for more and more...
