We have used NOVA several times for refinancing our home. We are never disappointed in the excellent service and the quality care we receive. We would never use anyone else for our home mortgage needs.

Kirk and his associates were so easy to work with. Email communications were clear and easy to follow. I was kept updated on the status of the loan every step of the way.
Caitlin has now processed several mortgages and refinances for our family. She always gets us a great rate. Caitlin is courteous, responsive, and a very nice person. We wouldn't call anybody else.
