Answered all questions, helped in every step of the way. Even answered questions we didn't know we needed to ask.
There were too many random people on the Stiltner team contacting us for bits of information. The process was fragmented, uncoordinated, and came off as less than professional. There were times when my email requests for confirmation went unanswered....
