Ease of setting up closing procedure, especially given it was remote. And we accelerated the close by several days.
Jenna is awesome. Very responsive and considerate. She genuinely wants to close your loan as smooth as possible. I have worked with her personally on my own home purchase as well as referred several people to her and we all feel the same way....
