    Rodrigo went above and beyond what any bank personnel has ever done for us. He even taught me some Spanish for our upcoming trip to Barcelona. He does his job but with compassion.

    The process was smooth, details were explained in an easy-to-understand manner. It was my first home and I did not have a lot of knowledge about the process prior to, but feel pretty well versed now!
