Always had the answers
Sales rep called shortly before closing and wasn't sure who are mortgage was with. They work in the same building, should have been better coordination. Previously used Tidewater for a mortgage and it was seamless. This time felt less satisfied....

Was never given a final amount owed prior to our closing. I wired approximately $1800 more to our attorney than was on on pre closing statement. The attorney had a $900 check for us back at closing. No reason not to have exact amount to us...
