Emilie was phenomenal! She is knowledgeable, timely and super nice!! We did have a major hiccup with Flecia, but the service recovery by Daniela and Emilie more than made up for it. Super happy with the overall experience.

I think the changing from the current system to Annie Mac put a strain on the responsiveness. The documentation also had frequent errors and was not easy getting clarification.
