Jenna is extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. She made this process easy to understand and even found answers to questions she may not be responsible for. I highly recommend her if your going through the loan process!
Things went ok but as a first time home buyer I felt things could have been explained a little more often and clearly or summarized so I knew what important points to focus on. Other than that I was happy with the service.
Very professional, great communication and response time.
You beat out Navy Federal, were responsive at all times, helped me get money back, explained things when I had questions, ensured my rates and always tried to get me the best rate you could in a fluctuating market. Overall just great.
