Difficult to get ahold to Michelle, and almost never got a call back. When I did get a response it was usually a text days later. Oftentimes I did not feel that I was being given the correct information. And that proved to be true on many occasions....

You kept us updated thru the whole transaction. Thank you for your efforts.
