The only issue I have with the loan process is that it seems all departments don't see the same data. Even though we send in documents, some departments ask for documents that have already been submitted. That is frustrating.

Lender was very easy to correspond with while working on getting the transaction to closing. Always answered back very quickly with any questions or concerns. Really care alot about their client.
