John was great. He answered all my questions, so I could understand them. Very friendly and nice. Always called back rightaway if I left a message.

I didn’t feel the responsiveness great to questions. When we were transferred over to Samantha there were a few gaps in the transition that led to rework of the loan. The communication style in emails was very short and not very explanatory....

Easy to talk to helped me in every step of getting the house

This was a learning experience, it had been over 30 years since I purchased a home. I was surprised with the amount of correspondence that was done via the computer. This saved numerous hours of phone calls. Thank you.
