Matt and his team were very professional and kept us updated all the time. From signing the construction contract to closing, the builder took much longer than expected, but the FBC Mortgage team was on top of things every step of the way.
I can not say enough about how wonderful and thorough Barbara was. She had complete confidence and made certain every detail flowed smoothly. I highly recommend her.
Only one small complaint. I was emailed the final closing disclosure at 5:00 pm. The most important document and nobody bothered to call or text to tell me it was there.
Best ever process, smooth,friendly,helpful. Highly recommended
