Even when struggling with 2 different lenders, I was able to get the support I needed. When the other lender dropped the ball, the team was very quick to help me back on track.
Close on the day that I am supposed to close. We had to move 5 appointments to the following week. Also, I was not able to do my final walk through so now I am dealing with that, it just becomes a trickle down effect that affects the homebuyer....
