We had a very bumpy road to purchasing our house. It wasn't necessarily the lender's fault but the experience overall left a bad feeling for us. There were times when it felt as though we weren't getting straight answers.
Steve is a charismatic guy with a talent for making a complicated process easy. Made me aware of opportunites that I wasn't aware existed, and worked to make sure I got the best possible outcome at all times.
