Bill was on top of all the issues and relayed to me and my client immediately, took care of issues when they came up, and made my client feel important. Plus he closed on time.

Cindy was always accessible and communicated well. We found work arounds to get the documents Nations Lending needed to process the mortgage application when I did not have access to the internet and a printer at my accommodation.
