He had no clue what was going on, he was hard to get hold of. When he was required to get an answer, he had to refer to some other agents. He couldn't fulfill the closing time again and again.
He worked with me through this long process to make sure I got all my funds in place to close in a timely matter. Grateful for all his advice and making sure communication was clear on his part.
