Everyone we talked to did a great job of making sure I understood everything!
Got 1 phone call. Then never heard a thing after I was told she’d call me the same day.

Chris was great, however Kelly Davis was very unprofessional and rude which is why I rated my experience with Amerisave as just OK. If it wasn't for Chris I would have taken my loan to another bank, Kelly should not have direct contact with...

Nothing was easy with Modesta. Modesta would say one thing and change everything the next day. Modesta made the whole process difficult, unpleasant and nerve wrecking. I would never refer anyone to work with Modesta at Draper and Kramer.
More frequent communication. Further home buying education. I wasn’t ready at all for my moved up closing date. It was closed 2 months in advance.

My experience with Olivia was great, but my one comment is that I completed this survey right away when I received it, but have received 6 subsequent reminders to complete it :(

For Reverse Mortgages: Charges such as an origination fee, mortgage insurance premiums, closing costs and/or servicing fees, if applicable, may be assessed and will be added to the loan balance. As long as you comply with the terms of the loan, you retain title until you sell or transfer the property and are responsible for paying property taxes, insurance, and maintenance. Failure to pay these amounts may cause the loan to become immediately due, subject the property to a tax lien, other encumbrance, or foreclosure. The loan balance grows over time and interest is added to that balance. Interest on a reverse mortgage is not deductible from income tax until repaid. Although the loan is non-recourse, at maturity the lender will have a claim against the property, and you or your heirs may need to sell the property or use other assets to repay the loan in order to retain the property.
