Regina was great. She was efficient and a pleasure to work with.
My experience with Freedom Mortgage was great. Every call and every question was answered in a prompt and timely manner. The staff was great, everyone was pleasant and was never too tired no matter how many calls and questions I had.

Way too much nitpicking, requesting the same documents several times even though they were sent upon the first request. Some phone messages left by staff members were incomprehensible.
