Communication & patience
Everything proceeded very smoothly, and everything that needed to be taken care was done so. However, there were a number of instances where it would have been nice to be more involved in the process, or to have more information accessible.
The mannerism from the beginning to the end.
Reggie and TW Mortgage made the process seamless and swift.
The loan officer went above and beyond to get my loan approved. He kept me informed daily about my loan and assisted me with overcoming obstacles to get it.
