Really clear communication. Rebekah was always there if we needed something. No hidden fees like other lenders.

Process was relatively streamlined and easy. She helped with small nuances. Scheduling of start of monthly payments was executed incorrectly which resulted in change of closing statements day of closing which caused for a longer closing.
