Communication and honest!
Rebecca was extremely easy to work with and was bery responsive to any and all questions we had throughout the process.
Honestly, Rebecca was good. The communication from everyone could have been better. The switching of builders at the end of the build was not great. Brian was mediocre at best.
You guys made working with you extremely easy.. the time went so fast..
Rebecca was incredible to work with. It was a seamless transaction. she was personable and understanding of all the nuances associated with buying a new home.
I felt the process was reactive versus proactive . Driving from a checklist would have flushed out most questions or issues that came off as surprises.
