We have worked with Rich before. He is straight to the point and tells us what and when something needs to be done. He suggested what we needed to do to help raise our credit scores. I feel that Rich's team was on our team.
Everything was explained and communication was prompt. I do wish we had at least one face to face meeting.
Clear communication, closed early.
Rich is exceptional at what he does. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done. When I bought my home in 2019 and refinancing this go round, I had been told "no." Rich knew what needed to be done and made it happen both times.
