Felt that the time from when we provided all the documentation to when the actual loan process started took too long. We were almost a month after or projected start date. documents were requested multiple times that were already received.

My experience with the construction loan process was not acceptable. Ray and Kacey did a good job, but another failed me in this process. If it weren't for Kacey pushing for things to get done, it would have been much worse.
