Ray was super helpful and provided a lot of great loan information.
He was very helpful in his recommendations and getting our closing to happen in time when dollar bank was being difficult and not timely.
Overall we were very happy to get our loan refinanced and Ray was very pleasant to work with. But felt like communication was often lacking, and some mistakes were made through the refinance process either from us providing lack of information...
