Randy was very helpful and communicative. He was quick to respond to my realtor and never kept me in the dark.
We had a couple of hiccups such as the home inspector not showing up when he was supposed to. It delayed our closing by a week. I definitely would not recommend closing on a house during the Christmas holidays.
