Randy was available anytime I called He walked me through all of the e-signatures with lots of patience . He was very encouraging when I had doubts and questions

Randy was easy to get a hold of and available through multiple means. I had a lot of questions as a first time home buyer and he was thorough with his responses, making sure I understood everything that I was agreeing to.
