There was a miscommunication on some of the details and fees on the loan. This miscommunication could have been as much my fault as Randy’s. I elected to cancel the loan.

Communication was not up to par with other lenders. The amount of phone calls and text messages required to find a resolve was unacceptable. I had to reach out to other teams and support staff to find out the status of our requests and to field...
