Randy's staff is absolutely amazing, but I can't say the same about him. He treats his employees terribly and doesn't pay his employees what was in the agreement. Also everything is paper your documents are not secure at all there.
Randy helped my husband and I so much when sorting through all the options for our Mortage! I was 35 weeks pregnant and he made the process so easy! He even helped us set up property taxes within the Mortage not knowing much about the details...
