Randall is very customer oriented and coourteous. He knows the mortgage business inside and out. He guided us throughout the process and was always availbe when we needed his advice or expertise.

Everything was good. The only critique I would give is better communication when a team member managing accounts is going to be away ....Vacation or un planned absence. Especially when you are suppose to close during that time.
