Ramona is very people friendly and kind. She assisted me for many months prior to me closing on the house and was very patient every step of the way. Her strong understanding of housing financials definitely makes her a top lender.

The communication was not as effective as it could have been in terms of the process of the loan. A lot of mis communication. Also there were parts of the loan process which were untimely. However, we applaud the effort to get things reconciled...
