Thanks Sara. Yes there were some hurdles to overcome, and those items were mostly out of our control, but I don't think you could have found a lender that overcame what we did to close. All the best wishes in your new home!
Ralph is always on top of the details. Communicates often and especially at milestones in the transaction. His process is top knotch with getting approvals done well before the deadline. I refer him often because he's the best!

Ralph communicated well throughout every stage of the process - and despite some obstacles, I was able to buy the condo and get my student loans forgiven in the process. I'm extremely grateful for his help and expertise.
