Excellence in all tasks
Rafael was exceptional, he provided great customer service, was very patient, worked diligently to get me my home, maintained his professionalism, and was overall very courteous.
The loan approval experience was brutal and I honestly thought to walk away from the purchase but Rafael was very responsive and communicated clearly with me. His experience and knowledge is commendable.
