Rachel Nicole Nichols

Great level of responsiveness and patience with explaining complicated aspects of the process.

Rachel and Porsche were very patient with me and kept me up to date at all times.

Rachel had great communication.

The last few days before closing were not as smooth as we hoped. I felt that the last minute requests for documents from the Underwriters should have been done in the early stages of their review, which would not have caused delays.

The communication and responsiveness made this an easy process. Porsche also made this transaction easy. If we buy another home, I know who to call!

Rachel ....

How fast things got done. I will say there could have been clearer communications, since we are not used to Nevada procedures. Not getting our keys at signing was a major disappointment. Make sure customers know the process at each step so...

Rachel got my husband and I pre approved forVA home loan in less than a week! We were able to close and get keys to our home within 3 weeks. Rachel and her team provided excellent customer service.

Rachel was very informative, made it easy to communicate with her, explained everything thoroughly and made this process smooth and seamless. I truly appreciated her quick responses and giving us a heads up on what’s next each step of the way....

always available quick to reply and return calls
