Rachel was very attentive and let us know when we needed to sign anything. We found the Fairway app not super user-friendly and so she was very helpful in sending us the documents when we had any issue.
She was there for me every step of the way. I was able to contact her any time. If she didn’t answer, she made sure to text me then call me right back! Thank you for making my first time home buyer’s experience a great one.
