I recognize that securing proper financing can be one of the most challenging and unpredictable elements in buying or building a home. I want to ensure that the mortgage process is smooth, simple and even enjoyable for customers. I work with homebuyers for preexisting homes, buying land and building, or buying new. Also, the re-finance market as well as with Realtors and builders.
