Rachel was helpful from the very beginning. She explained terms that were unfamiliar to us and always made sure we had a clear understanding of everything. She was our guide every step of the way!

Rachael is the utmost professional. She is not just knowledgeable but also gracious. She has a way of making the most complicated matters look simple without losing the substance. I enjoyed working with her.

I and my wife were first-home buyers. Rachael explained everything to us in detail. She went at great length in offering us alternatives. She was also supportive, kind, and empathetic.
