The service I received was outstanding. They responded timely to my emails and phone calls. They also answered all questions clearly. The closing was done within the time frame expected. I am so pleased with all the hard work they provided.
The process was painful for me because I had to right a million letters of explanation! However, I would have had to do the same with any lender that I went with and FBC gave me ample time to respond to their requests.
