    Answering phone calls or returning phone calls in a timely manner. Having everything explained at once. Not having to resend documentations over and over once they were recieved. On a personal note. I would not recommend using Matthew Potter...

    Could've been honest about buying down the rate. That wasn't spne done transparently and I wouldn't recommend me to anyone else
