Great experience
He was there when we needed him
We did not like the surprise of a rush appraisal fee 10mins after deciding to move forward. I thought the letter of explanation was intrusive and a waste of my time.
The process was Very fast
PJ answered all our questions and if he couldn't he would direct us to who could and was very pleasant to work with.
PJ and Prosperity Mortgage were wonderful to work with, they did what they said they would do, clearly communicated and were able to close on faster timelines than some of the other providers out there.
I would definitely recommend PJ!!!!
