I appreciate your review, Mike! I love presenting my clients with the data that equips them to make an informed decision. A lower interest rate is NOT everything, and refinancing doesn't always make sense.
Piper was responsive to our requests. She answered our questions, and questions we hadn't thought of. Piper's response was thorough with a concise summary and extensive drill down information.
Piper and Falissa were both very helpful and responsive throughout this lending process. I would use them again if the need arises and would also refer them to others .
The dedication to get the job done even when it seems like there is know way its going to work Piper stayed positive and found away.
