I called twice and left message to call me back about some concerns I had. I never received a call back either time.

Instead of asking for all the information needed to approve my loan, every other day I was asked for more information. Also, I still don't have my welcome package.

I was not sent copies of the loan documents in advance of the 6 am closing you scheduled . They were not what I had asked for and no one available to answer my questions . When I finally got ahold of someone I was told in eff "too bad" .
