Phil and his team did a really good job. Out of all of our home purchases this transaction was the smoothest and easiest. Thank you and your awesome team for helping my family purchase our home.
For a first time home buyer, I had no idea how the process would go. Every question I had was answered and put in terms as the buyer that I could understand.
Everyone was polite and professional. Any questions we had were answered within a day, most of the time hours. We were first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions, and it was really helpful that everyone was so responsive.
Communication was great and really explained everything in detail when it came to my loan and what I should expect. This is my first home purchase and Phil and his team made it very exciting!
We had to unfreeze credit multiple times including up to the very end. This was not easy as both my wife and I have credit freezes on our accounts. We do not understand the multiple times we had to do this.
