Jennifer was great to deal with. It was a little annoying that I had to get multiple work references even after I explained I received the email myself at my work email.

Staff was difficult to work with. Had to work with 4 different processors who shared a digital file for our mortgage but kept asking for the same submitted documents/information each time.
Phil (along with others there) kept me updated in a timely manner. It made my closing go very smooth.
