The phone app is a little clunky and at times hard to use when uploading documents, it would be better to upload some documents online via a website and not forced to use the app.
The ease of being able to upload and provide information. If I had questions they were answered right away and the process was explained the entire time up until closing. We were able to be in our dream home faster than anticipated.
