Quick communication once loan information was set. A little slower and confusing during the shop around process
Love the organization and the app. Everything was accurate. Everyone responded to questions in a timely manner. Angela at the closing was amazing!

Everything just went smooth from beginning to end
Most communication was made from myself to your group. Communication from your group was lax. Some items requested were vaguely explained.
The process could be simpler with less repetition of same submissions. Also communication is all over the place, sometimes email, sometimes encrypted message, etc.. It's good but could be better
