The process was very easy and we got great communication
Constant communication and updates, plus knowing I could call Tony anytime with questions (Tony always texted or picked up right away).
Early on I had to contact the office multiple times to get the process going. Once that was done thinks went fine. When the builder delayed the closing you all worked with us
The entire team was very helpful and attentive from the beginning of the process until the end. Having the dedicated portal to review and upload documents made things easier to keep track of the everything.
Easy to work with and good communication
Easy and quick. We went with Bank of America in 2008 for our first house and that experience was horrendous… constant ‘conditional statements’ and continual pushing for underwriting to give us updates… didn’t have approval until the morning...
