The process was a bit disjointed and I had to continually seek information vs it being provided proactively or anticipated.
Phillip is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, he presented with different options and was very responsive!
I liked how available Philip was to all my questions and how quick he was with the responses. I panicked a couple of times but he was able to help call me down by adressing all my concerns calmly and by addressing the proper numbers.
