Quick and efficient
It was really timely, we locked the rate quick
Phil was great. Very helpful at a stressful time. Answered the phone and emails and was very responsive (which is not the case with everyone).
Philip was great about expediting forms and also answering questions when asked. If there was an issue and he was unavailable, I left a voicemail and he returned my phone call as soon as possible. He gave me quick advice and was very approachable....
