Loan application and underwriting process went quickly and smoothly. Closing was easy and we're living our new home!
Overall it was good, along the way we had a few misunderstandings which delayed closing.
everything went smooth.
Great service and customer service.
Communication would be a grerat start. Answering emails is not to much to ask. Most of the people needing to buy another home, dont do it often and dont know the process. Give advice, answer questions, be available.
