The experience of never seeing someone face-to-face is different, and the fact that Weichert has multiple people you work with instead of just one person that handles everything made it a bit confusing at times.
Mistakes were not corrected timely and were advised to sign documents with mistakes to keep the process moving. The information provided in the portal was not utilized by all Weichert parties which lead to more mistakes.
Given the situation of my move, the current housing market, etc. The team was helpful in letting me know what was expected of me and were patient with me while I was also starting and learning a new position at work
